Cheque Return Fee

Applied when a cheque has been collected as a form of COD and is to be returned to the shipper - $25.00

Collect on Delivery (COD)

Collection of Payment on a Shipper's behalf upon delivery of an item to a Consignee. Payments can be made in the form of Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or Cheque.

• Cash on delivery is free of charge

Collection (Pick-Up)

Our Pick-Up service fee is applied per collection/pick-up scheduled which has (3) three or less packages to be delivered. Primary Areas - FREE Secondary Areas - $20.00 Tertiary Areas – COMING SOON

Delivery Zone Change Fee

This charge is applied when an order has been dispatched and the delivery zone changes during transit for the delivery to be completed on the same day. Charge depends on the distance of the new delivery zone and is added to the base fee. Service is offered based on availability.
